Scholarships at Stella Maris

At Stella Maris School, we believe that every child deserves access to quality education and the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our scholarship program is designed to support outstanding students who demonstrate academic excellence, strong character, leadership potential, or special talents.

Through this program, we aim to encourage students to continue striving for excellence while making quality education more accessible.

Scholarship Categories

We offer several types of scholarships, including:

Academic Scholarship

For students with outstanding academic achievements, consistently ranking Top 1–3 for three consecutive years, or excelling at provincial, national, or international academic competitions.

🏆

Non-Academic Scholarship

For students who have achieved awards or championships in non-academic competitions at city/district, provincial, national, or international level.

Scholarship Criteria

Review the criteria for each scholarship type below:

Academic Scholarship Criteria

  • Ranked Top 1–3 in their class for three consecutive years, supported by a letter from the previous school and report cards.
  • Academic achievements at Provincial, National, or International level (certificates may be attached if available).
  • Minimum average report card score of 85.
  • Must pass all scholarship selection tests with a minimum score of 85 out of 100.
  • Minimum score of 85 in Mathematics, English, and Science.
  • Must provide a recommendation letter confirming good conduct from the current school.

Non-Academic Scholarship Criteria

  • Awards or championships in non-academic competitions at City/District, Provincial, National, or International level.
  • Must submit supporting documents including achievement certificates and trophy photographs.
  • Must successfully pass all selection tests and the interview process.
  • Must provide a recommendation letter confirming good conduct from the current school.
  • Must commit to upholding and maintaining the good reputation of Stella Maris School, evidenced by a signed declaration letter.

Application Process

A clear and simple four-step process

Step 1

Submission of Supporting Documents

Prospective students and/or parents are required to prepare and submit all supporting documents needed for the scholarship selection process.

Required documents may include:

  • Academic report cards
  • Academic and non-academic achievement certificates
  • Family Card (KK)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Recent photograph
  • Other documents required by Stella Maris School

Step 2

Application Form Purchase & Completion

Purchase the scholarship application form through the Admission Office, then complete all required information accurately and submit the application.

Step 3

Scholarship Test & Interview

Sit the scholarship selection test according to the school's schedule, then attend an interview session as part of the scholarship evaluation process.

Step 4

Result Announcement & Registration

Results will be announced according to the official schedule. Applicants who pass may proceed to the official registration within the designated period.
